Camille Dundas is the architect of Canada’s first online micro-credential in workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion, accredited through Dalhousie University, with over 1,300 professionals having completed her acclaimed Inclusive Communications course.
In her role as Director of Corporate Education at The IDEA Practice, Camille spearheads innovative programs designed to transform workplace cultures through strategic, organizational culture change.
Camille is a recognized facilitator and executive coach specializing in inclusive leadership, racial equity, intersectionality, and allyship. Her expertise supports leaders and organizations in embedding inclusion principles into their strategic frameworks and operational practices.
