Led by Director Camille Dundas, we’re The IDEA Practice, a group of Canadian educators and facilitators offering an innovative online micro-credential course through Dalhousie University, called Inclusive Communications.
A unique approach that tackles uncomfortable topics for deeper understanding. Through a series of pre-recorded sessions and real-life scenarios, lead facilitator Camille Dundas walks teams through a journey to more inclusive communications in the workplace.
Learn at your own pace with dynamic and informative short videos, helping to integrate IDEA in a thought-provoking yet tangible way in your workplace culture.
This self-guided microlearning program is a thorough corporate education program formatted as easily digestible pre-recorded videos. The program can also be extended to the onboarding of new employees.
The course is complemented by four live Q and A’s with IDEA Practice facilitators to promote learner discussion and engagement.
Upon completion of the course, each learner will receive a micro-credential digital badge from Dalhousie University.
